对甲状腺功能低下患者的血清硷性磷酸酶的活性降低虽有过报道,但其降低的机理还不甚清楚。作者报道了1例严重甲状腺功能低下患者的血清硷性磷酸酶活性降低,并认为可能与血清镁、锌的含量降低有关。患者是1例74岁的女性,5年前就已经确诊。入院时血清中几种成份的测定结果为:钠116mmol/L,钾2.5mmol/L,氯化物80mmol/L,CO_2总量23mmol/L,尿素氮140mg/L,肌酸酐10mg/L,血清中酶活性的测定结果为:肌酸激酶1448U/L
