“茶兴于唐,盛于宋”唐朝茶叶的兴盛,与佛教在中国的发展壮大,有着密不可分的关系。据《封氏闻见记》中记载:“开元中,泰山灵岩寺有降魔师大兴禅教,学禅务于不寐,又不夕食,皆许其饮茶。人自怀挟,到处煮饮。从此转相仿效,遂成风俗。”文中所写饮茶是为了在不睡觉又不吃东西,坚持学禅务的情况下,能够解决僧人饥饿问题,从而想出的好方法。唐朝的茶,不是现今社会的清茶,会越喝越饿,而是类似于粥羹一样的东西,可以充饥。所以僧人们在研习佛
