最近我们就企业档案工作中出现的一些情况和问题走访了部分国有企业,作了一些初步的调查、了解和思考。 一、企业档案工作现状 我们共走访了21家在我市原属中上水平、有一定代表性的企业。这些企业档案工作比较好的有4家,档案在企业和生产经营活动中发挥了较好的作用,并享有一定的地位;一般的有5家,对企业和生产经营活动眼前比较有影响的档案材料比较重视,没有直接影响的,如企业文书类档案及照片、音像档案重视程度较弱。其余16家档案工作较差,其主要有三种情况,一是无室无人无制度无档案,也没有任
