以我国速生桉木为原料,研究液比对其硫酸盐法制浆效果(卡伯值、残碱、黏度、粗浆和粗渣率、纸浆纤维分布均一性)的影响。结果表明:增大液比使蒸煮液的碱浓度降低,蒸煮效率下降;而纸浆的粗浆得率、黏度、纤维的平均长度与卡伯值之间的关系几乎不受液比的影响;另外,随着蒸煮液比的增大,相同卡伯值下的纸浆粗渣率下降,纤维长度分布均一性升高,分界点的液比为4.5。因此,从减少粗渣率以及提高纸浆纤维分布均匀性的角度来看,适宜的蒸煮液比应为4.5。
In this paper, the effects of liquor ratio on the kraft pulping effect (kappa number, residual causticity, viscosity, brown and coarse residue ratio, pulp fiber homogeneity) of the fast-growing eucalyptus in China were studied. The results showed that the increase of liquid ratio reduced the alkali concentration of cooking liquor and decreased the cooking efficiency. The relationship between pulp viscosity, average fiber length and Kappa number was almost unaffected by liquid ratio. , With the increase of the cooking liquor ratio, the coarse pulp ratio at the same Kappa number decreased, the uniformity of the fiber length distribution increased, and the liquid ratio at the boundary point was 4.5. Therefore, a suitable cooking liquor ratio should be 4.5 from the viewpoint of reducing the rate of coarse residue and improving the uniformity of pulp fiber distribution.
