采用国际标准和国外先进标准是我国标准化工作的一项重大技术经济政策,是推动技术进步的重要措施。为了吸收国外有用的东西,结合我国的实际情况制订出自己的具有世界先进水平的军工标准,本文就美国军用规范进行粗浅地分析和探讨。
The adoption of international standards and advanced foreign standards is a major technical and economic policy for our country’s standardization work and an important measure to promote technological progress. In order to absorb useful things from abroad and formulate its own military and industrial standards with world-advanced level in light of the actual conditions in our country, this article mainly analyzes and discusses the U.S. military norms.
