本文以文献资料、社会调查、逻辑推理等方法对阳光体育活动背景下高中体育教学应如何开展进行了探讨。目前,高中体育教学在管理、组织及上课形式上还存在一些亟待解决的问题,还没有真正让所有学生动起来。探索构建新型教学模式,摆脱应试教育下大多数学校只顾升学率的思想禁锢,让高中生群体享受体育给他们带来的快乐,增进其身心健康是教育者及全社会的责任。
This article discusses how to carry out the high school physical education under the background of sunshine sports through literature, social investigation and logical reasoning. At present, there are still some problems to be solved in the form of management, organization and class in physical education of senior high school, and it has not really moved all the students yet. It is the responsibility of educators and the whole society to explore and construct a new teaching mode and get rid of the imprisonment that most schools neglect the rate of entering school under exam-oriented education. It is therefore the responsibility of educators and the whole society for upper secondary school students to enjoy the happiness they bring to sports and their physical and mental health.
