工作场所空气中的草酸以去离子水作为吸收液,用多孔玻板吸收管采集后进样,经阴离子分离柱分离,电导检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。草酸在1.0~10.0μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8;方法的检出限为0.10μg/ml,定量下限为0.30μg/ml。在采样体积为15 L时,工作场所空气中草酸的最低检出浓度为0.07 mg/m~3,最低定量浓度为0.20 mg/m~3。不同浓度的草酸相对标准偏差为1.11%~2.02%,加标回收率为97.5%~101.8%。该方法检出限低,精密度高,适用于工作场所空气中草酸的测定。
The oxalic acid in the air of the workplace takes deionized water as the absorption liquid, and is sampled after collecting with a multi-well glass absorption tube. The sample is separated by an anion separation column and detected by a conductivity detector. The retention time is qualitative and the peak area is quantified. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 8 for oxalic acid in the range of 1.0 ~ 10.0μg / ml. The detection limit was 0.10μg / ml and the limit of quantification was 0.30μg / ml. At a sampling volume of 15 L, the minimum detectable concentration of oxalic acid in the workplace air is 0.07 mg / m 3 and the minimum concentration is 0.20 mg / m 3. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of different concentrations of oxalic acid were 1.11% ~ 2.02%, and the recoveries were 97.5% ~ 101.8%. The method has low detection limit and high precision, and is suitable for the determination of oxalic acid in the air of the workplace.
