患者女,40岁。右颞部褐色结节1年余。皮肤科情况:右颞部可见约1.2cm×1.2cm大小褐色角化性结节,中心呈脐形凹陷,表面不光滑,无红肿、破溃,边界清楚,质地较硬。皮损组织病理学检查示:表皮角化过度,杯状凹陷内充有角栓,棘层肥厚,凹陷内可见角化不良细胞,即圆体和谷粒。诊断:疣状角化不良瘤。 Female patient, 40 years old. The keratinocytes were seen in the dents, that is, round bodies and grains. Diagnosis: verrucous keratosis dysplasia.
