在各种工业余热中,烟气余热数量大、分布广,约占余热资源总量的一半,广泛的分布在冶金、化工、机械、建材、玻璃、搪瓷以及电力等行业。各种工业窑炉的高温烟气余热约为窑炉本身燃料消耗量的30~40%,是当前回收利用的重点。为了回收这些烟气中的余热,首先要估算出可回收余热量的价值。最近,Bharat公司研制出一种诺模图,能够很快地做到这一点。
In a variety of industrial waste heat, the amount of residual heat of flue gas is large and widely distributed, accounting for about half of the total amount of waste heat resources, and is widely distributed in industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, building materials, glass, porcelain enamel and electric power. The high-temperature flue gas waste heat of various industrial kilns is about 30-40% of the fuel consumption of the kiln itself, which is the focus of current recycling.
