长期来一直应用来苏儿进行列车(代客)消毒。由于此药毒性较大,杀菌谱不广,很不适应形势发展的需要,特别是代客车消毒任务多集中在寒冷季节进行,气温低有可能影响消毒效果。为了探讨来苏儿在不同温湿度条件下的杀菌效果,我们于1978年7~8月至1979年1月,对来苏儿进行现场实验,同时与新型化学消毒剂——过氧乙酸进行比较。现将实验结果报告如下。
Has long been used to train children (valet) disinfection. Due to the toxicity of this drug, sterilization spectrum is not broad, it is not suited to the needs of the development of the situation, especially the task of disinfection of passenger cars and more concentrated in the cold season, the low temperature may affect the disinfection. In order to explore the bactericidal effect of Lysol under different temperature and humidity conditions, we conducted field experiments on Lysol from July to August 1978 to January 1979, and compared with the new chemical disinfectant, peracetic acid . The experimental results are reported below.
