尊敬的本刊订户及广大读者朋友: 大家好! 近接本刊订户及读者函电称,本刊改版后内容实用,形式质朴,更贴近农民群众了。但其拖期令人遗憾!寻问是何原因。现将有关情况回复如下,以提高办刊透明度,促进问题尽快解决。 今年6月,原《中国农村小康科技》的主办单位与全国通联谈妥:从明年1月1日起,由本部全面接管该刊工作。而对今年的7～12期,本部只管编辑工作,印刷费、邮寄费等一切费用均由原编辑部支付。
