目的 :观察上皮组织增生时肥大细胞超微结构的变化 ,为了解上皮组织增生与肥大细胞的关系提供形态学依据。方法 :C- 1号小鼠 2 0只 ,用食醋涂抹右耳皮肤 ,每日一次 ,以左耳作对照。在实验后 140天处死小鼠 ,取耳廓组织 ,常规电镜制片透射电镜观察。结果 :在醋致皮肤上皮组织增生时 ,真皮结缔组织肥大细胞呈显著的脱颗粒现象 ,结缔组织肥大细胞并可迁移至上皮组织中 ,真皮肥大细胞与血管内皮细胞 ,神经纤维等密切接触。结论 :肥大细胞可能参与上皮组织的增殖 ,肥大细胞与上皮细胞间有相互促进作用 ,并且肥大细胞与血管内皮细胞 ,神经纤维等共同参与对局部组织微环境的调节
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of mast cell ultrastructure during epithelial hyperplasia, and to provide morphological evidence for understanding the relationship between epithelial tissue hyperplasia and mast cells. Methods: Twenty C-1 mice were applied with vinegar on the right ear skin once a day, with the left ear as a control. The mice were sacrificed 140 days after the experiment, the auricle tissue was taken and observed by transmission electron microscope under conventional electron microscope. Results: When vinegar induced skin epithelial hyperplasia, dermal connective tissue mast cells showed significant degranulation, connective tissue mast cells migrated into epithelial tissues, and dermal mast cells were in close contact with vascular endothelial cells and nerve fibers. CONCLUSION: Mast cells may participate in the proliferation of epithelial tissue with mutual promotion between mast cells and epithelial cells. Mast cells and vascular endothelial cells, nerve fibers and so on are involved in the regulation of local tissue microenvironment
