性格是表现在人对现实的态度和行为方式中的比较稳定而具有核心意义的个性心理特征。人的性格是后天获得的,是在长期生活环境和社会实践中逐渐形成的。性格标志着某个人的行为方向及其行为的结果。在现实社会中,我们明白地看到:好的性格有益于社会,坏的性格有害于社会。所以,培养学生良好的性格尤为重要。那么,我们教师应怎样在教育教学活动中逐渐改变学生的不良性格,通过不断的培养使学生逐渐形成良好的性格呢?
Personality is the personality psychology characteristic of being relatively stable and having the core meaning in the man’s attitude towards and attitude toward reality. Human nature acquired acquired, is in the long-term living environment and social practice gradually formed. Personality marks the direction of an individual’s behavior and the result of his conduct. In the real world, we can clearly see that good character is good for society and bad character is harmful to society. Therefore, cultivating good character of students is particularly important. So, how should we teachers gradually change the bad character of students in education and teaching activities, and gradually develop students to form a good character?
