目的制定母亲分娩年龄别胎儿出生时身长体重指数。方法采用横断面时间段整群取样现况调查方法,2013-2015年深圳市两家医院完成了16 388例不同胎龄活产新生儿体格生长现场测量,用以制定分娩年龄别胎儿出生时身长体重指数。结果制定了2015年深圳母亲分娩年龄别(≤18岁、19~38岁的每一岁、≥39岁)胎儿(男、女、合计)三分组出生时身长体重5项指数[即:克托莱指数(Quetelet Index,QI);考浦指数(Kaup Index,KI);劳雷尔指数(Rohrer Index,RI);利比指数(Livi Index,LI);勃洛克指数(Polock Index,PI)]均数和标准差。≤18岁组其胎儿出生时QI、KI、RI、LI、PI指数值最低,伴随分娩年龄增大胎儿出生时指数值不断递增,36岁组达到最大值(峰值),分别比≤18岁组依次增加了3.69、3.63、0.07、0.27、208.64(t检验,P<0.005,全部),差异有统计学意义。37~38岁及≥39岁组上述5项指数值变为下降。QI、PI男婴高于女婴(t检验,P<0.05,10个组);RI、LI男婴低于女婴(t检验,P<0.05,11个组);KI的男女差异值很小(t检验,P>0.05)。结论母亲分娩年龄增大其胎儿出生时人体密度、充实度、匀称性不断提高。母亲分娩年龄是胎儿宫内生长重要影响因素。
Objective To establish the birth weight index of fetus at birth. Methods The method of cluster sampling in cross-sectional time period was used. Between 2013 and 2015, two hospitals in Shenzhen completed physical growth measurements of 16 388 newborns with different gestational age in order to make the birth age fetus at childbirth age BMI. With the increase of childbirth, the index of fetus at birth increased continuously, reaching the maximum at 36 years old (peak) Followed by an increase of 3.69,3.63,0.07,0.27,208.64 (t test, P <0.005, all), the difference was statistically significant. The age of 37 to 38 years old and the age group of 39 above the value of the index becomes declining. (P <0.05, 10 groups); RI, LI male infants were lower than female infants (t test, P <0.05, 11 groups); Small (t test, P> 0.05). Conclusion The age at delivery of a mother increases its body density, fullness and symmetry at birth. Maternal age of delivery is an important factor in intrauterine growth.
