在发生意外伤害和突发事件时,因交通拥堵、医护人员不足等客观因素制约,要保证120及时到达急救现场非常困难。生命系子千钧一发之际,能第一时间救我们的,往往是我们自己。自救、互救,是一切伤病急救的开始和基础,有49.74%的病人死于家中,1.64%的病人死于转运至医院的途中。如果在医院内发生呼吸心跳骤停,抢救的成功率可以达到70~80%。
In the event of accidental injuries and emergencies, due to traffic congestion, lack of medical staff and other objective constraints, to ensure timely arrival of 120 emergency scene is very difficult.
