目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜手术中丙泊酚与七氟醚的麻醉效果。方法选择2014年7月至2015年7月桂东县人民医院收治的行妇科腹腔镜手术的90例患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组行丙泊酚-瑞芬太尼静脉复合麻醉，观察组行七氟醚-瑞芬太尼静吸麻醉，对比分析两组的麻醉效果。结果观察组拔管时间、恢复自主呼吸、定向力以及睁眼时间均优于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论七氟醚-瑞芬太尼静吸麻醉用于妇科腹腔镜手术不仅镇痛、镇静效果好，在一定程度上还能缩短睁眼时间，降低不良反应发生率，使患者的预后生活质量得到明显改善。“,”Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of propofol and sevoflurane on gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods Ninety patients underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in People’s Hospital of Guidong from July 2014 to July 2014 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were given propofol compound fentanyl vein anesthesia,and the observation group were given sevoflurane and ruifentanyl static absorption of anesthe-sia,the narcotic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The extubation time,restore spontaneous breathing,direc-tional force and the time of opening eyes in the observation group were better than those in control group. Compared with the con-trol group,the observation group with low incidence of adverse reactions,the differences between the two groups were significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The analgesic and sedative effect of sevoflurane and ruifentanyl anesthesia on gynecological laparo-scopic surgery is good,it also can shorten the time of opening eyes,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the prognosis of patients quality of life obviously.
