国有企业是国民经济的重要支柱,党组织是国有企业的政治核心和战斗堡垒,要更好地发挥国有企业党组织的作用,开展党内民主建设是国有企业党组织工作的重要组成部分。一、推行党务公开,保证党员全面了解党内事务党员全面了解党内事务,是保证党员正确、有效行使其他权利的前提和条件。近年来,随着企务公开的开展,广大党员对实行党务公开、增强企业党组织工作透明度的要求也日益强烈。
