1 重症肌无力吴某,男,4岁,1992年10月就诊.其母代诉:4月前发现患儿右眼裂变小,眼睑轻度下垂,继则双眼睑均下垂,清晨眼裂较大.午后仅能睁开一条缝.举双手活动及上楼易疲劳,食纳稍差,二便尚调.曾在外院以新斯的明、加兰他敏治疗,药后可暂改善症状,停药则症状如故.查体;面色稍(白光)白,精神较差,双眼睑中度下垂,眼结膜及瞳孔无异常.令双手上举,不能持久,双手握力差.舌质淡红,苔薄白,脉沉细.诊断:五软(重症肌无力).证系脾阳不振、中气不足、肾阳亏虚.处方:党参、黄芪、白术各15g,陈皮、升麻各5g,肉桂9g,附片3g,巴戟天10g,云苓8g.每日一剂,煎汁少量多次服.另按摩双侧睛明、攒竹、阳白、丝竹空、头维等穴,早晚各按摩一次.治疗20天后症状明显改善,精神好转,眼裂增宽.继以上法治疗10天而愈.
