中国石油天然气总公司1994年12月30日以(94)中油技监字第725号文,发出“关于重新确认《石油盐含量测定法 电量法》等9项专(行)业标准为石油天然气行业标准的通知”。“通知”指出,根据《中华人民共和国标准化法》的规定和国家技术监督局关于对原部颁标准、专业标准、行业标准进行清理整顿的要求,对ZBE21001—87《原油盐含量测定法 电量法》等5项专业标准,SY7516—92《改性原油倾点测定 溶化法》等4项行业标准,进行了清理,并重新确认为石油天然气行业标准,标准性质为推荐性标准。重新确认的标准名称及新的标准编号如
