产业转移是当今世界经济发展大趋势,是由于资源供给或产品需求条件发生变化使得企业的比较优势发生变化,使得一个国家或地区的某些产业向其他国家或地区转移的现象或过程。就我国而言,国际金融危机发生以后,我国产业转移的趋势、产业转移的力度都在加大,反映在现实中就是越来越多的企业由东部沿海向中西部地区转移。相应的,这些中西部地区便成为产业转移的承载区。
Industrial transfer is the general trend of economic development in the world at present. It is the phenomenon or process of some industries in a country or region being transferred to other countries or regions due to changes in the supply of resources or changes in product demand conditions that make the comparative advantages of enterprises change. For our part, after the international financial crisis, the trend of industrial transfer and industrial transfer in our country are all intensifying, reflecting that in reality, more and more enterprises are shifting from the eastern coast to the central and western regions. Correspondingly, these central and western regions have become the bearing areas for industrial transfer.
