随着全球化进程的不断加快以及我国经济的快速发展,我国的旅游业也得到了迅猛的发展。而旅游文本翻译质量的好坏直接关系到旅游业的进一步发展。旅游英语翻译中涉及许多中西文化因素,必须了解中西方的文化差异,掌握相应的翻译方法和策略。本文针对旅游资料的特点,简略探析了旅游资料的英译策略。指出音译、增补、删减、改写、类比等翻译方法是旅游资料英译的有效手段。
With the acceleration of the globalization process and the rapid economic development in our country, the tourism industry in our country has also witnessed rapid development. The quality of tourism text translation is directly related to the further development of tourism. Tourism English translation involves many Chinese and Western cultural factors, we must understand the cultural differences between China and the West, master the appropriate translation methods and strategies. In this paper, according to the characteristics of tourist information, this paper briefly analyzes the strategy of English translation of tourist information. It is pointed out that translating methods such as transliteration, supplement, deletion, rewriting and analogy are effective means for English translation of tourist information.
