单凭“有意注意”来组织教学,学生容易产生疲劳,造成注意分散;反之,只靠“无意注意”来组织教学,不但不能很好地发挥学生的主动性及与困难作斗争的精神,而且难以完成教学任务。因此,在课堂教学中,教师要掌握两种注意的关系,善于引导学生运用两种注意的栩互转化规律。这里,我以一堂数学课——“两位数加两位数”的教学为例,谈一些粗浅的做法。
