传统的沥青膨胀珍珠岩保温材料几十年来一直被国内、东北三省用在建筑上,但是近年来随着化学工业的飞速发展,它有被聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板作保温材料取代的趋势,我们在城市规划工作中发现,现有沥青珍珠岩厂大量积压,而有好多地方还要上此类厂。特别是一些“老、少、边、穷”地区做为扶贫对象,也要上此类厂,这就不得不提出研究它的题目,来进行一番从区域、经济、地理等方面的综合论证,使国家利益不受到损害,保证“双增双节”活动的正确开展。 Traditional asphalt-expanded perlite insulation materials have been used for construction in the domestic and northeastern provinces for decades. However, with the rapid development of the chemical industry in recent years, it has been replaced by polystyrene foam panels as insulation materials. In the urban planning work, there is a large backlog of existing asphalt and perlite plants, and there are many places where such plants are to be planted. In particular, some “old, young, poor, poor” regions are targeted at poverty alleviation, and they are also required to go to such plants. This will have to ask for a study of its subject and carry out a comprehensive demonstration of regional, economic, and geographical aspects. This will ensure that the national interest will not be compromised and that the “double-increasing and double-day” campaign be carried out correctly.
