新课标要求,人人学有价值的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展;生活中有数学,数学中有生活;要关注学生的情感、态度、价值观;提倡探究式学习,小组合作学习等等。作为一名小学数学教师,要想全面提高教育教学质量,就要掌握这些新理念,依据新的数学课程标准有目的地引导学生进行数学教学活动,从学生已有的生活经验出发,重视培养学生的创新意识和实践能力,才能实现教育教学目标。那么在新课程下,如何取得教育教学的丰硕成果,以下我就谈谈自己的观点和做法。
