本文采用 EA 与 YC-花环试验,观察比较了不同扶正方药——益气助阳、养血滋阴对正常小鼠腹腔Mφ、Fe、C_3b 受体的影响。材料与方法选用 LACA 雄性健康小鼠。药物用黄芪、仙灵脾、当归和地黄,均为生药,购自北京药材公司,经本校生药教研室鉴定。黄仙、归地合剂分别由黄芪与仙灵脾、当归与地黄各按1 1重量比例混合。每毫升水煎剂含生药0.5或1g。单味煎剂按其在合剂中的含量制备。各组每只小鼠每日按12.5g/kg、25g/kg 生药,
In this paper, the EA and YC-garland tests were used to observe and compare the effects of different prescriptions and side effects: qi-invigorating yang and nourishing yin on the Mφ, Fe, and C3b receptors in the abdominal cavity of normal mice. Materials and Methods LACA male healthy mice were used. Drugs used Astragalus, Epimedium, Chinese Angelica and Rehmannia Root are all crude drugs. They were purchased from Beijing Medicinal Materials Company and identified by the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Research. Huang Xian and Gui Di Mixture were mixed by Astragalus and Epimedium, Angelica sinensis and Radix Rehmanniae, respectively. Each milliliter of water decoction contains crude drug 0.5 or 1g. The mono-taste decoction is prepared according to its content in the mixture. Each group of mice took 12.5g/kg and 25g/kg crude drug each day.
