赵笑平,1952年出生,浙江镇海人。上海作家协会会员、上海中外文化艺术交流协会副会长、上海市侨联华商会副秘书长、中泰华威(上海)国际投资有限公司总经理。其作品散见于《江南工人》、《神剑文学》、《红蜻蜓》、《解放日报》、《上海文学》、《文学报》、《上海诗人》等报刊。出版诗集《船台早春图》《能不忆江南》、《黄浦江诗章》、《因为有了这条江》。另《江河颂》、《上海诗章》(上下集)待出。
Zhao Xiaoping, born in 1952, Zhejiang Zhenhai. Shanghai Writers Association, vice president of Shanghai Cultural Exchange Association, Shanghai Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce Deputy Secretary-General, China and Thailand Warwick (Shanghai) International Investment Co., Ltd. General Manager. His works are found in newspapers and periodicals such as “Jiangnan Workers”, “Excalibur Literature”, “Red Dragonfly”, “Liberation Daily”, “Shanghai Literature”, “The Literary Journal” and “Shanghai Poet”. Published poetry “Early Spring Boat Slip map” “Do not remember Jiangnan”, “Huangpu Poem”, “Because of this river.” Another “Song of the River”, “Shanghai Poetry” (upper and lower set) to be out.
