目的研究不同金属离子对偏二甲肼的降解作用。方法在不同金属离子溶液中加偏二甲肼,检测一定时间后偏二甲肼浓度的变化,运用SAS软件进行统计分析。结果含二价铁离子的A液和复合培养基在4 d内降解了41.42%和44.46%的偏二甲肼,与去离子水相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。含镁、钙离子的A液和20%的复合培养基在4 d内分别降解了10.0%、8.86%和10.85%的偏二甲肼,与去离子水相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论二价铁离子对偏二甲肼有降解作用,但在该试验浓度下,其对有效微生物(EM)的降解作用影响不显著。
Objective To study the degradation of UDMH by different metal ions. Methods UDMH was added to different metal ions solution to detect the change of UDMH concentration after a certain period of time. SAS software was used for statistical analysis. Results The ferrous iron containing solution A and composite medium degraded 41.42% and 44.46% of UDMH within 4 days, which was significantly different from that of deionized water (P <0.01). Magnesium, calcium ion solution A and 20% composite medium degraded 10.0%, 8.86% and 10.85% of UDMH within 4 days, respectively, with no significant difference compared with deionized water (P > 0.01). CONCLUSION Ferrous iron has a degrading effect on UDMH, but at the concentration tested, it has no significant effect on the degradation of EM.
