关于“507下全”焊条的研制状况、主要性能及工艺特点、生产技术要求及使用情况,在有关资资中已分别发表。对于其全位置下向性能、抗气孔性能、低尘低毒性能等涉及具有特殊理论意义的问题特由本刊分别发表。本文着重叙述“结507下全”焊条药皮造渣剂及其所形成的熔渣性能与此种焊条下向全位置焊接性能的关系,阐述获得这种焊条下向全位置性能的理论基础及指导思想。
