转化农村初中学困生的关键在于是否能唤醒他们追求成功的心态,是否激发他们追求成功的内在潜能。通过营造追求成功的校园文化氛围,熏陶感染学困生;实行因材施教,激发他们的潜能;以多元评价学困生,唤醒他们的自信心;辅之以心理咨询辅导,化解学困生的心理障碍。在反复体验成功的环境中,学困生的转化成效大大提高。
The key to transforming poor students in rural junior high schools is whether they can awaken their pursuit of a successful mentality or whether they will inspire them to pursue the inherent potential of success.
