用乙醇作浸提剂,对葡萄皮渣中的多酚物质进行浸提,研究了浸提比例、温度、时间、次数和乙醇浓度5个因素对提取效果的影响,得出醇溶法提取葡萄皮渣中多酚物质的最佳工艺参数,即:浸提比例1∶6、温度70℃、时间12h、浸提3次和乙醇含量70%,得率在80%左右,此时葡萄皮渣中多酚物质的总含量为8.41%。同时研究了不同温度对葡萄皮渣中白藜芦醇(Res)提取效果的影响。
Using ethanol as extractant, the polyphenols in grape skin residue were extracted. The effects of extraction ratio, temperature, time, number of times and ethanol concentration on the extraction efficiency were studied. The results showed that alcohol- The optimum technological parameters of polyphenols in skin residue were: extraction ratio 1: 6, temperature 70 ℃, time 12h, leaching 3 times and ethanol content 70%, the yield was about 80% The total polyphenol content of 8.41%.
