采用外科手术方法结扎大鼠颈部淋巴管,摘除颈部淋巴结,研究阻断颈部淋巴引流对脑的形态结构、脑电及血压的影响。结果表明,大鼠发生淋巴郁滞性脑水肿,光镜下见脑组织疏松,血管周围出现间隙,神经元轻度变性;电镜下见脑内毛细血管周围间隙增大,充满组织液,神经元线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂或消失,出现空泡化变性;髓鞘增厚、分层,溶酶体增多。大鼠脑电活动减弱,血压升高。提示脑的淋巴引流对脑的正常生理功能具有重要意义。
Surgical methods were used to ligate the lymphatic vessels of the neck of the neck and remove the cervical lymph nodes to study the effect of blocking the lymphatic drainage of the neck on the morphological structure, EEG and blood pressure of the brain. The results showed that rats with lymphatic stasis brain edema, under the light microscope, brain tissue loose, perivascular gap, neuronal degeneration; under electron microscopy see brain capillaries around the gap increased, filled with tissue fluid, neuronal mitochondria Swelling, crest rupture or disappearance, there vacuolar degeneration; myelin thickening, delamination, increased lysosome. EEG activity decreased in rats, blood pressure. Tip of the brain lymphatic drainage on the normal physiological function of the brain is of great significance.
