对本中心培育的Zmu-1:DHP白化豚鼠染色体的G带、C带的观察结果显示了该豚鼠染色体G带、C带的特征带型,对银染核仁组织者的观察结果表明:大部分细胞有较恒定的8个银染点。从以上几方面结合以往的报道,证实该豚鼠在染色体核型上已发生较大变异。
