【目的/意义】在“大众创新、万众创业”战略背景下,人力资源、数据资源、信息资源、商业资源等资源的匮乏,已经严重阻碍中小企业科技创新的推进。【方法/过程】本研究基于C2M模式的服务理念,以中小企业竞争情报需求为驱动对象,以个性化定制为服务手段,以政府、高校、科研院所、咨询机构、产业集群及其上下游企业等为供给主体,以大数据分析、互联网+等技术为依托构建中小企业竞争情报协同供给系统。【结果/结论】通过基于C2M模式的中小企业竞争情报协同供给系统构建,为中小企业提供线下数据融合、线上协同服务的中小企业竞争情报供给服务。
Purpose / Significance The lack of resources such as human resources, data resources, information resources and commercial resources has seriously hindered the promotion of scientific and technological innovation in SMEs under the strategic background of “mass innovation and multitudinous entrepreneurship.” [Method / Process] This research is based on the service concept of C2M mode, driven by the demand of SMEs’ competitive intelligence and personalized service as a means of service. The government, universities, research institutes, consultants, industrial clusters and its upstream and downstream Enterprises as the main supply, with big data analysis, Internet + and other technologies as the basis to build competitive intelligence supply system for SMEs. [Results / Conclusion] Through the construction of competitive intelligence collaborative supply system for SMEs based on C2M model, SMEs are provided with SME competitive intelligence supply services with offline data fusion and online collaborative services.
