目的:探讨中风后植物神经的变化规律及其变化机制。方法:采用反映植物神经功能的心率变异指标,对其时域指标(SDNN,HRVI)进行分析,应用方差分析及t检验,比较了健康对照组与中风组的心率变异情况。结果:(1)中风组SDNN及HRVI均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。(2)中风组随病程的延长,其心率变异逐渐增高,到半年后基本恢复到对照组的水平。结论:脑中风后可出现植物神经功能紊乱。紊乱以交感神经相对亢进为主。心率变异的检测可为中风后植物神经紊乱提供量的指标
Objective: To investigate the changes of autonomic nervous system after stroke and its mechanism. Methods: The time-domain index (SDNN, HRVI) was analyzed using the heart rate variability index which reflects the function of autonomic nerve. The variance analysis and t-test were used to compare the heart rate variability between the healthy control group and the stroke group. Results: (1) SDNN and HRVI in stroke group were significantly lower than those in healthy control group (P <0.01). (2) With the prolongation of the course of stroke, the variation of heart rate gradually increased and returned to the level of the control group after six months. Conclusion: Autonomic dysfunction may occur after stroke. Disorders to the sympathetic relative hyperthyroidism based. Detection of heart rate variability may provide an indication of the amount of autonomic disorders following stroke
