目的探索九环综合疗法治疗糖尿病足坏疽的疗效。方法将在本院住院的118例糖尿病足坏疽患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用九环综合疗法治疗,对照组在西医基础治疗上加局部碘伏纱布外敷。结果两组总有效率分别为98.28%、63.33%,两组差异有统计学意义。结论采用九环综合疗法治疗糖尿病足坏疽效果显著。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Jiulong comprehensive treatment of diabetic foot gangrene. Methods A total of 118 diabetic patients with gangrene who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Jiuluan combined therapy, while the control group was treated with topical iodophor gauze plus basic western medicine treatment. Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 98.28% and 63.33% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Nine ring comprehensive treatment of diabetic foot gangrene significant effect.
