应用离子选择性微电极作生物体组织内的测定时,必须要了解生物体体液中成分对电极可能产生的影响。我们用钙离子选择性微电极测定了在生理浓度范围内人血清白蛋白存在下对钙离子选择性微电极测定的影响,获得了较好的效果。
When ion-selective microelectrodes are used for the determination of biological tissues, it is necessary to know the possible influence of the constituents in the body fluids on the electrodes. We used calcium ion-selective microelectrodes to determine the effect of human serum albumin on the determination of calcium ion-selective microelectrodes in the physiological concentration range and achieved good results.
