目前,我局多种经营集体经济的资金来源主要有5个方面:①原来待业青年网点、家属委员会积累下来的资金(包括固定资金和流动资金);②近3年来多种经营集体经济税后利润分配;③局从吨煤维简基金中提出0.5元作为扶持多种经营集体经济开发基金;④中煤总公司、省煤管局多种经营贷款和银行贷款:⑤群众集资。其中一部分按照规定只能用于开发新项目,不能作为企业流动资金使用,如各种贷款等。为此,我们首先必须分清资金渠道和使用范围,加强管理,合理使用,以充分发挥其效力。
At present, there are mainly five sources for the sources of funds for the diversified operation of the collective economy of our bureau: ① The funds (including fixed capital and liquidity) accumulated by the original unemployed youth outlets and their families and committees; ② the taxpayers’ Profit distribution; ③ bureau from the tons of coal peacekeeping fund proposed 0.5 yuan as a support for a variety of business collective economic development fund; ④ China Coal Corporation, Provincial Coal Administration diversified loans and bank loans: ⑤ crowdfunding. Some of them can only be used for the development of new projects according to the regulations and can not be used as liquidity for enterprises, such as various loans. To this end, we must first clarify the sources of funds and the scope of use, strengthen management, and rational use, in order to give full play to their effectiveness.
