为贯彻落实党的十五大精神,努力实现“九五”期间村镇建设事业的奋斗目标,按照社会主义市场经济的要求,把小城镇基础设施建设推向市场,切实加强小城镇的规划建设。根据(96)建村技字第10号文(《关于加强乡镇长建设业务培训工作管理的通知》)提出的要求,加强村镇建设基层干部培训工作。提高村镇建设基层干部业务素质,经研究我司拟订了1998年全国村镇建设基层干部培训工作计划,现印发给你们,有关培训计划如下:
In order to implement the spirit of the 15th Party Congress and strive to achieve the goal of building a township during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, we should push forward the construction of infrastructure in small towns to the market and earnestly strengthen the planning and construction of small towns in accordance with the requirements of the socialist market economy. We should improve the professional quality of grassroots cadres in towns and villages.
