校本德育是以学校依法自主办学为前提,以德育基础工作的规范性和学校德育特色的创造性为基本内涵,以学校和地域的优秀文化传统、优良的教育传统为背景条件,从本校学生实际出发,以学校管理者与教师为构建主体,通过德育课程建设、德育管理、德育研究等工作的校本化来体现德育是学校的自主行为。其中,校本德育课程是学校德育特色通过课程予以确立和发展的一个重要载体。
