利用2,4-D和6-BA2种外源激素对烟草未授粉子房单倍体进行了直接途径和间接途径的诱导。结果表明,2,4-D能诱导子房通过间接途径形成胚状体;6-BA浓度为222μmol·L-1和444μmol·L-1时,胚状体的形成为间接途径,浓度为889μmol·L-1时则为直接途径。在一定用量范围内,2种激素都有随浓度的增加胚状体诱导率提高的趋势。2种激素不同浓度配合使用,其诱导途径有一定差异,当2,4-D浓度为226μmol·L-1,6-BA浓度为1778μmol·L-1时胚状体的诱导率最高,达8667%
Induction of non-pollination ovary haploid by 2,4-D and 6-BA2 kinds of exogenous hormones was carried out by direct and indirect ways. The results showed that 2,4-D induced the formation of embryoid bodies in the ovary via indirect pathway. When the concentration of 6-BA was 222μmol·L-1 and 444μmol·L-1, the formation of embryoid body was an indirect pathway , The concentration of 889μmol·L-1 is the direct way. Within a certain dosage range, the two hormones have the tendency of increasing the induction rate of embryoid body with increasing concentration. When the concentration of 2,4-D was 226μmol·L-1,6-BA, the induction rate of embryoid body was 1778μmol·L-1 The highest, up to 86 67%
