Background The advent of Peer-to-Peer File-Sharing Network has brought unprecedented challenges to the traditional record industry. Since 1999, the latter has started to fight back by legal means, and more and more people are forced to get involved and are also receiving more and more attention. But many people began to doubt the correctness of the war and its impact on the entire music industry.
