研究了用等离子喷镀高T_c YBCO超导膜x波段微波谐振腔的若干重要特性。观察了等离子喷镀的超导膜长期存放后的稳定性、超导膜对不同基体材料的附着力、不同基体材料和其他因素对谐振腔品质因素Q_0的影响。研究结果提供的若干数据对高T_c超导材料付诸应用有重要参考价值。
Several important characteristics of the x-band microwave cavity of high Tc YBCO superconducting film by plasma spraying were studied. The stability of the plasma sprayed superconducting film after long-term storage, the adhesion of the superconducting film to different substrate materials, the influence of different substrate materials and other factors on the quality factor Q_0 of the resonator were observed. Several data provided by the research results have important reference value for the application of high Tc superconducting materials.
