以伞形科难发芽蔬菜茴香种子为试材,设40、60、80、100℃共计4个干热处理温度,以常温(25℃)为对照,在恒温干燥箱中分别烘干2、4、6、8、10、12h,进行干热处理,测定茴香种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,探讨最佳茴香干热处理温度与时间,为茴香高效、优质、高产栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:茴香种子在干热处理温度为60℃时,茴香种子各萌发指标均达到最大值,是该试验筛选的最佳干热处理温度,且与对照达到P<0.01差异极显著水平;干热处理时间对茴香种子萌发的影响效果不显著。
Umbelliferae germinated vegetables fennel seeds as the test material, set 40, 60,80,100 ℃ total of 4 dry heat treatment temperature at room temperature (25 ℃) as a control, were dried in a constant temperature oven drying 2,4, 6, 8, 10, and 12h, respectively. The germination rate, germination energy and germination index of fennel seeds were determined, and the optimum temperature and time of fennel dry heat treatment were discussed to provide references for efficient, high quality and high yield cultivation of fennel. The results showed that when the dry heat treatment temperature was 60 ℃, the germination index of fennel seeds reached the maximum value, which was the optimum dry heat treatment temperature for the screening of fennel seeds and reached the extremely significant difference with that of the control (P <0.01). The dry heat treatment time Effect on the germination of fennel seeds is not significant.
