旋转接头是平地机工作装置的一个关键部件,其壳体固定,芯轴转动,内部由密封件密封各个油道,但由于关联结构制造和装配误差的存在,旋转接头使用一段时间后容易发生因密封件磨损而渗漏油的现象,早期故障率较高。经分析,故障的关键原因是带动芯轴转动的连接装置的固定方式,由于原两端固定方式使芯轴同时存在摆动和转动两种状态,导致密封件早期磨损。通过对连接装置的工作原理进行研究,将原固定连接更改为一种浮动连接,从而改变芯轴受力状态,消除其摆动而只存在转动状态。实践证明,改进结构可延长旋转接头使用寿命,并提高其可靠性。
