目的掌握周口市突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征,分析其发生的规律,为制定有效防控对策提供科学依据。方法应用描述性流行病学方法对周口市2004-2014年网络报告的突发公共卫生事件相关信息资料进行分析。结果2004-2014年周口市共报告各级各类突发公共卫生事件29起,报告病例1072例,死亡5例。事件以传染病疫情暴发事件为主(16起,占55.17%),病种以流行性腮腺炎为主(7起,占24.14%),高发月份为3-5月(11起,占37.93%)。学校(包括幼托机构)为事件的高发场所(18起,占62.07%),食物中毒事件后果严重(死亡5例,病死率1.09%)。结论为有效预防和控制突发公共卫生事件的发生,需要加强学校及幼托机构春冬季呼吸道传染病的防控工作和食品卫生的监督检查。
Objective To grasp the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Zhoukou City, analyze the regularity of its occurrence, and provide a scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the related public health emergency information in Zhoukou City from 2004 to 2014. Results From 2004 to 2014, Zhoukou City reported a total of 29 public health emergencies of various kinds at all levels, including 1072 reported cases and 5 deaths. The outbreaks were mainly outbreaks of infectious diseases (16 cases, accounting for 55.17%). Mumps was the most common disease (7 cases, accounting for 24.14%) and the high-incidence months were March to May (11 cases, accounting for 37.93% ). Schools (including kindergartens) were the high incidence of incidents (18 of them, accounting for 62.07%), with serious consequences of food poisoning (5 deaths and a CFR of 1.09%). Conclusion In order to effectively prevent and control public health emergencies, prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases in spring and winter and supervision and inspection of food hygiene in schools and kindergartens should be strengthened.
