文章对引文进行了剖析,指出科学文献引文的评价功能,认为有必要根据国家的有关标准在形式、著录格式上对其进行规范,以使其与现代科学文献的开发同步发展、完善。
This paper analyzes the quotations and points out the evaluation function of the scientific literature citations. It thinks it is necessary to standardize the forms according to the relevant national standards in order to synchronously develop and improve the modern scientific literature.
