由笔者研制成功的FDT-1型光纤双波长光度滴定仪是一种容量分析仪器。依据容量分析原理,利用它可进行酸碱滴定、氧化还原滴定、络合滴定和非水溶液滴定,从而可以测定众多的对象,例如酸碱浓度、金属和非金属离子、药物成份等,用途十分广泛。与传统的目视法容量分析相比,该仪器具有灵敏度和精密度高、准确度好、测量范围大、抗色度和抗浊度能力强等特点。因而适用于稀溶液、有色和浑浊溶液的分析。当指示剂不够灵敏时,该仪器尤为适用。若待测溶液需要加热、冷却等环境条件时,其它仪器难以办到,而它则应用自如。该仪器操作十分方便,即使未经化学分析训练的人员也能胜任。该仪器配以上海雷磁仪器厂生产的ZDJ-4型自动电位滴定仪或ABU12 Autoburette和REA 160 Titrigraph Module(丹麦Radiometer公司),则整个滴定过程可达到自动化或半自动化,并能反映整个滴定过程的完整信息,是进行滴定过程基础理论研究的理想仪器。光度滴定自动化系统的示意图见图1。
Developed by the author FDT-1 optical fiber dual-wavelength photometric titrator is a capacity analysis instrument. Based on the principle of volumetric analysis, acid-base titration, redox titration, complexometric titration and non-aqueous titration can be used to measure a large number of objects such as acid-base concentration, metal and non-metal ions, pharmaceutical ingredients and the like, . Compared with the traditional capacity analysis of visual method, the instrument has the characteristics of high sensitivity and precision, good accuracy, large measuring range, strong chroma and turbidity resistance. It is suitable for dilute solution, colored and turbid solution analysis. The instrument is especially suitable when the indicator is not sensitive enough. If the test solution needs heating, cooling and other environmental conditions, other instruments difficult to do, but it is easy to use. The instrument is very easy to operate, even those who are not trained in chemical analysis. Equipped with a ZDJ-4 potentiometric titrator or ABU12 Autoburette and REA 160 Titrigraph Module (Radiometer Denmark) manufactured at the Shanghai Leikosei Instrument Factory, the entire titration process can be automated or semi-automated and reflect the entire titration process The complete information is the ideal instrument for the basic theory of titration process.
