目的了解我院在实施《医疗机构麻醉药品、第一类精神药品管理规定》中门诊剩余麻醉药品无偿交回情况,方法选取我院2010年11月至2012年4月所有退回麻醉药品专用卡的门诊患者进行麻醉药品无偿交回情况分析。结果总共退卡150人,其中无偿交回药品的有24人,没有无偿交回药品的126人。没有无偿交回药品的人员中因已吃完或其他原因没有剩余药品的116人,有剩余药品却因各种原因不交回药品的10人。结论我院门诊麻醉药品无偿交回情况执行的良好,基本上符合《医疗机构麻醉药品、第一类精神药品管理规定》。
Objective To understand the situation of free return of remaining narcotic drugs in outpatient clinics in our hospital in the implementation of “Provisions on the Administration of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of the First Type in Medical Institutions”. Methods All the returned special drugs cards for narcotic drugs in our hospital from November 2010 to April 2012 Analysis of Outpatient Patients Receiving Narcotic Drugs Free of Charge. As a result, a total of 150 people were withdrawn, of whom 24 were returned unpaid drugs and 126 were not given free drugs. 116 of those who did not pay the drug back due to having eaten or otherwise did not have any remaining drugs and 10 others who did not return the drug due to various reasons. Conclusions Our hospital out-patient narcotic drugs paid back satisfactorily, which is basically in line with the “Regulations on the Administration of Narcotic Drugs and the First Type of Psychotropic Drugs in Medical Institutions”.
