由机械委新技术推广所主持召开的“SO_2冷芯盒法生产铝铸件砂芯研究”成果鉴定会于1987年12月16日至18日在山西大同市召开。本课题由四川泸州化工厂(255厂)、北京永定机械厂(618厂)和山西柴油机厂(616厂)联合承担,分别负责树脂与活化剂、树脂砂工艺试验和生产性造芯浇注试验。经过近二年的努力,达到预定目标,通过鉴定。 使用SQ_2冷芯盒法造芯生产液压件等铁件,我国有较成熟经验。但对铝铸件,这种造芯方法的使用还处于研究阶段,由于铸铝时型芯感热常不足,破坏砂粒问树脂粘结膜,
The Appraisal of the Achievements of “SO_2 Cold Sandbox Method for Producing Aluminum Casting Sand Core” hosted by New Technology Promotion Institute of Machinery Committee was held in Datong, Shanxi from December 16th to 18th, 1987.
