创业教育与专业教育融合是在社会经济高度发展,而劳动力面临就业、再就业巨大压力的背景下,提倡和发展的一种新的教育模式。在高职院校中如何将创业教育与专业教育相融合是一个值得探讨和研究的新课题。文章对创业教育与专业教育相融合进行了相关探讨,并提出了相应的对策。在融合发展的过程中应强调以下策略:优化专业人才培养方案,转变教育观念,改革现有教学内容和课程体系,建设适应创业教育需要的专业化师资队伍,实施和开展创业教育实践活动。
The integration of entrepreneurial education and professional education is a new educational mode advocated and developed under the background of highly social and economic development, and the labor force facing tremendous pressure of employment and reemployment. How to integrate entrepreneurial education and professional education in higher vocational colleges is a new topic worth exploring and studying. The article discusses the integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. In the process of integration and development, we should emphasize the following strategies: optimizing the training programs for professionals, changing the concepts of education, reforming existing teaching contents and curriculum system, building specialized faculty to adapt to the need of undertaking education, and implementing and conducting entrepreneurial education practice.
